Day 7 Family In Christ Jesus, Our morning started with the team gathering on the roof of the guest house lifting our voices to the Lord in worship saying Spirit Lead ME where my TRUST is without borders Let me WALK upon the waters Wherever You would CALL ME Take me DEEPER than my feet could ever wander And my FAITH will be made STRONGER In the PRESENCE of my Savior I will CALL upon Your Name Keep my eyes ABOVE the waves My soul will REST in Your embrace I am YOURS and You are MINE From worship, we scattered all over the roof to pray for Haiti in all directions. It was another beautiful day in Haiti! We finished painting the girls home, so its looking fresher. We invested time at the boys home, talking and playing with the boys, and then we listened to the boys read letters that were sent to them from kids at Mission Viejo Christian school. It was so cute!! Then we just hung out with them while they did their daily activities. The boys are always so active, and amazingly athletic. They play soccer, dance, do crazy gymnastic flips and jumps on bare concrete, and just keep smiling and loving Jesus. Today the boys were given helicopters that took all of 10 minutes to get stuck in a tree :) After recovering it, they continued playing with it and sharing it into the evening. We were blessed to have time to visit the girls and watch them try on dresses that were brought by a sister in Christ who just flew into Haiti. The team ended the evening with half of the team at the boys home watching an American movie dubbed in French :) and the other half of the team stayed at the guest house to do a bible study with the girls (only the women stayed). The girls lead us in beautiful worship… ushering in the Holy Spirit and we entered into His presence… The team lead the girls in a bible study in Esther 4:13-14, and we shared with one another, encouraged each other, and we got on the floor joined hands and prayed all together out loud at the same time, Haitian style, raising up a beautiful chorus of prayer to our King. We ended the night with gifts from the King of Kings to His beloved daughters… and many of us continued to pray because the presence of God was so thick… AGAIN! There was deliverance tonight! We just stayed in His presence and His GLORY and He Had His way… According to the riches of his GLORY HE may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your INNER being… Ephesians 3:16 Thank you for praying… Love the Haiti Team
