Day 7 @ Hong Kong: Had a sumptuous breakfast at the popular Tin Ho Wan. We tried many of the dishes and was damn full. But I still had craving for my favourite Starbucks Coffee and so I had a cup of Caramel Macchiato. After breakfast, we visited the Hong Kong City Gallery to understand the urban planning in Hong Kong. We watched a video that showed that transformation that Hong Kong went through over the years. I realised that Hong Kong and Singapore share a similar story on its transformation from a fishing village to an urban City. The segment on the transport enhancements in Hong Kong was quite impressive.,Singapore is also working on better connectivity within the City via our new MRT lines and more buses. Then, we left to Tai O @ Lantau Island to have lunch and observe the Community and residents living there. We met several elderly residents with an average age of 80. They are very happy with the simple and relaxed lifestyle there. Most of them do fishing to earn a living and live in stilt houses. Now I am on the way to Hong Kong International Airport to fly back to Singapore.
