Day 8 - Sunday 21st July; 1820 miles on the clock. We left Lido island, Venice, in the morning via ferry and drove towards Slovenia. Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic for hours... Tourists from Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Denmark with their caravans.... We decided to skip Slovenia (again, same as last holiday) and just drove through to get into Croatia. Found a family run campsite in Malinska on the island of Krk, and went for a swim, had some cocktails and a lovely dinner at the waterfront. Weather is awesome!
