Day 8 & 9 Psalm 5:3 My voice shall thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. It is a great practice to seek God as we rise up out of the bed in the morning and begin to give Him thanks. This world is so very negative and all the things that go on in the world can really get us down if we are not anchored in Christ. Even being anchored in Him and starting our day off right, there are so many challenges that we have to face, if not our own, other people that we encounter have their challenges and if we are not careful we start to wear theirs and our own. This peace that surpasses all understanding promises in Gods Word to be perfect peace if we keep our minds stayed on Jesus, right there in the midst of the troubles! Now we know that this takes some Real Discipline, BUT I am finding out through all of my various situations when I put God right in the midst of the trials and tests, His supernatural power seems to do something wonderful with my thought process and I just throw my hands up and give it to God. Its a process and I am learning to trust Jesus more and more Every Day.
