Day Three- Here Comes the Sun- the Sun is such a focus for us now in Spring and Summer. The Sun is a great ancestor and a great shaman. Journey to the spirit of the sun in the upper or lower worlds - the sun has seen all of your life and all of your lives and is a great ancestor to ask a question on- Journey to the spirit of the sun to ask how you can best let your light shine, or ask it to help you shine light into something you are having trouble understanding. Or you can journey just to meet the spirit of the sun and see how it presents itself to you. We are almost taught to be fearful of the Sun and yet we need it and all that sustains us needs the sun. Journey to the spirit of the Sun to ask what you need to do to live a sustainable life without fear.
