Day one almost done!! Temptation today like no other at work today... Homemade Strawberry cheesecake cupcakes.. Homemade Peanut butter cookies & the most amazing buffet spread but I resisted it all!!!!! I have felt really tired which Im putting down to no caffeine.. I can feel a headache coming on too which I was warned of from the caffeine withdrawals. All I actually crave is a cup of tea & a malted milk lol!!!! My day has consisted of: Water Aloe Vera gel Bee pollen tablets Garcinia Cambodia tabs Water Vanilla shake More aloe More tablets More water!! Although I did mix it up a bit and had lemon water both hot and cold!! So cray! Same again tomoro!!!
