Deadlift 135x5 225x5 250x3 285x2 305x1 330x1 355x12 (top set) While not a PR by any means it felt good to get 12 clean reps with no back pain whatsoever. Block pulls 2x5 reps @ 365 Deficit deadlift (4inches) 2x5 reps @ 330 Reverse hyper 3x15 @ 225 Bulgarian split squat 3x15 each leg at bodyweight going for quad pump. Lat pull downs 4x15 @ 130 Shrugs 3x10 100lb DBs Farmer Carries 3 trips x 30 seconds @ 100lbs each hand Pull-ups 3 x as many as possible
