Deadlifts - got to love them... Insane back pump today, was a tough workout but ground through it an got there in the end. Work sets on deadlifts of 250kg x1, 240kg x4, 225kg x6, 210kg x5 - 2 sets, 195kg x6 - 2 sets. Then onto Bench Press top sets of 140kg x1, 130kg x 4, 125kg x6, 115kg x 9, 110kg x11, 75kg x15. Back to deadlifts for round 2, work sets of 225kg x2, 210kg x4 and finally 195kg x6. Accessory of 4x10 hammer curls SS with 4x8 rear raises. Finished with 2 rounds of 4min rowing intervals 15s max: 15s easy, 2min between rounds. Body needs a good sleep after that! Loving the volume, challenging but enjoyable.
