Deadpool movie PG-13 now? So, apparently the recent leak of the test footage of the long hibernating Deadpool movie has stirred up conversations of whether the movie will ever get made. Also, I think most people would agree that the movie would need an R Rating to do the character justice. But according to recent Tweets by Deadpool co-creator Robert Liefeld, the movie script has been revised to PG-13 rating. DONT FREAK OUT! Its not the end of the world. Guardians of the Galaxy is now in theaters, directed by James Gunn, is PG-13. Back in 2010, James Gunn directed one of the most violent superhero movies of all time, Super, which was also Rated R. So this proves it is possible to make an violent action flick without getting too bloody. But Deadpools biggest claim to fame is not his violent nature, but rather is ability to break the fourth wall and talk to the audience, and make fun of his own limitations. According to Robert Liefeld, the Deadpool movie is back on track and will hopefully get made within the next 5-6 years.
