Dear All, It was a great day for our village/committee. It was huge response from our villagers. We didn’t expect this many people will utilize this event. It was a grand successful event (This information we got it from villegers). It is boost up for us to do future activities with more commitment. What we observed is the main backbone of this event is our Committee one of the Advisor “MLV PRASAD” and Committee Secretary “SV BRAHMAM”, they worked very hard for this event. MLV Prasad & SV Brahmam had communicated us and updated all the information time to time regarding the event dates finalization and Doctors appointment and also they went to our village two days before and verified all the things which we need to conduct this event. The event was conducted in our village School campus (It’s on Sunday-holiday). It was well organized we have 6 different places (3 rooms & 3 decorated rooms) to visit doctors. Free medicines distributed to all the patients Free BP & Sugar Test conducted to all the patients. Attended this Event: Total patients attended (Approximately) : Almost 500 members (400 patients and 100 normal people) Around 20 members are came from near villages (just they know and come - Ravipadu, Naidupalem). All the doctors(6) whoever mentioned in the pamphlet were attended this event. We noticed 175 patients are visited for orthopedic doctor, Dr. Chapala Vamsi Krishna MS (Ortho-Osmania), and these receipts are valid one month to checkup freely in Sreeram Hospital Ongole. All other doctors receipts are also one month free checkup. Our Gram Panchayath President “Medarametla Venkata Rao” had attended this event. Our Committee Members who were attend: M. Koteswara Rao, MLV Prasad, SV Brahmam, GVL Murthy, M Veeranjaneyulu, MV Subba Rao, G.Narayana, M Rama Rao, G Nagarjuna, Y Hari Krishna B Ramesh,M Hanumantha Rao,B Krishna, Y Rama Krishna, S Vasantha and others…were unable to attend this event and they communicated earlier and gave some suggestions to us for this event to run smoothly. Wishes:(9-Nov-13) From Y Mohan Rao: After we communicate the mail on Medical Camp, we got immediate response from Y Mohan Rao saying that “Good attempt.Go ahead.Any help please let me know”. This is the message we got from him. He is always encouraging us. BV Prasad (USA) (10-Nov-13) “Congrats to the team for taking a first step in the journey. Hope you guys made it a successful event. Convey my wishes to all the team who worked hard for this event. Pls share some pictures if you got”. Regards Prasad This kind of responses really will boost up us and can think bigger on our village development activities. Arrangements: We all should say Big Thank You to Dr. Taanya’s family(we mentioned the details already in the pamphlet), their family came and gave their services to our villagers. And we have to say Big Thank you to PRAJA SAKTI Daily News Paper Ongole team, without their support we might not conduct this event this much early and this much success. This huge success credit goes to MLV PRASAD & SV Brahmam. And also we can say, Rama Rao & Nagarjuna, they both advertise this event very well (Face book, SMS & Villegers) and they joined this event 1 day before. Our committee is congratulating to you. For your Information: Here we would like to inform to all is, this time we had taken the help from PRAJASAKTI News Paper Ongole, in our future activities if it is required we may take help from any Trust/Person/Party….we don’t mind to take help from others to develop our village. Our main goal is it should be useful to our village. Food: Food prepared in Medarametla Kondala Rao house and the menu was taken care by MLV Prasad. It was superb lunch (non vegetarian (Fish Fry & Chicken)). Almost 50 members (Doctors & their attenders & Our committee members) had lunch there. Tables,Chairs and Shamiyanas in school campus & for lunch sponsored by Bodapati Hanumantha Rao (B Krishna’s father). We should thank him. Expenses: We spent total 18000/- for this event. MLV Prasad - 5000/- has given GVL Murthy - 5000/- “ Remaining - 8000/- shared by Veeranjaneyulu, Ramesh & Subba Rao Increased our Responsibility: Now our committee responsibility has increased, you know, why…? Our committee details and our plans were published in pamphlet…and our villagers and near villagers are also came to know about our commitments towards to our village development. So, we must plan carefully and do the things effectively. I would like to share one good news to our committee, one new member joined in our list. He is Bodapati Krishnama Niadu (s/o B Hanumantha Rao) got the job (Bank PO’s) in Indian Bank. Congratulating him. Snaps Our friends already shared some snaps in Face book for this event.
