Dear All, Yesterday, NIRC organised meeting on members request was attended by around 65-70 participant. It was a very constructive and passionate dialogue among members on issues concerning professions in Draft Rules issued by MCA. I would like to thanks Mr. Ranjeet Pandey(Convenor-Draft Rules Committee,NIRC), Mr. Vineet Chaudhary, Mr. Avtar Singh, Mr. NPS Chawla( Regional Council Members-NIRC) for participating and sharing their thought on Draft Rules. NIRC is submitting its draft to Corporate Law Committee (Chairperson Mr. Sanjay Grover, Central Council Member) and it will review and discuss all draft suggestions received from all regional councils and submit it to MCA. We are seeking an appointment with Corporate Law Committee and impress upon then to hold meetings with members in all four regional councils to take them into confidence and to use collective wisdom of professionals before they submit the Final Draft Suggestions to MCA. Keeping into mind low feedback received by MCA from members side ( it was informed in NIRC meeting that around 1500-1600 members had sent feedback till date), we are discussing at members level to spread awareness among members to send draft suggestions to MCA. We are also examining the possibility and feasibility to organize a signature campaign between members & students(CS FINAL) with following objectives-: 1) To educate and engage members for sending comments on Draft rules to MCA. 2) To help and guide members and students how and what to send their comments on MCA portal. 3) To present MCA Minister/ MCA officials or any other influential segment to substantiate our demands with large numbers of members and students support along with our demands on important legal aspect concerning professions. We look forward for constructive support from every stakeholders of this profession and unitedly ensure better prospect for our profession and professionals.
