Payment cordination with Accounts & Vendor (TAT 30 Days) Quarterly Balance Confirmation from all Ad pro Vendors Any other cordination job realted to vendor management as per TM 2) Reports Preparation Activity tracking sheet (weekly) - Preparation & control BTL Budget Tracking (Weekly/Monthly) - Approved Vs Actual Monthly Activity PPT preparation Channel Database update & control with pics Any other reports required as per TM 3) Other MC Monthly claims checking & Processing with TM approval MC PJP collection & share with TM Picture colation from MC -->MC daily report collation Monthly Activity PPT preparation 4) Locations Required Gurgaon ,Ghaziabad Skills or Qualification Required for suitable candidate: Candidate should be Graduate & computer literate (Excel & PPT), SAP knowledge is preferred however its not compulsory. Decent communication skills is required. 2:-Branch POP Warehouse Incharge CTC :-2,40,000 Job Role POP Management ( Location’s required :- Gurgaon; Chandigarh/Ludhiana/Ghaziabad ) POP receiving, dispatching, stacking & maintanence in POP warehouse Inward & Outwork - Register & challan Maintanence POP Handover to MC as per allocation on daily basis POP packing & Handover to courier as per allocation on daily basis Daily stock update in POP register & PC POP requirement plan to TM on weekly basis with the stock report POP Scrap management on Regular Basis - Approval from TM/ BM/ Accounts & clearance to vendor Weekly stock reporting to TM Monthly stock Reporting - HO/ branch Cordination with HO POP incharge for any POP requirement/ procurement Maintaing & manageing POPs properly as per guideline Ensure prooper hygiene in POP warehouse Skills or Qualification Required for suitable candidate: Candidate should be Graduate/ Undergraduate & computer literate Excel & PPT.
