Dear Applevis staff, After all the blowback Apple got from reducing visibility in iOS 7, how could you let this happen?!I just downloaded iOS eight, dreading the result as usual, but it is even worse than I had anticipated. My screen is now nothing but a gray blob with no contrast whatsoever. normally my acuity is significantly improved when looking at a lighted up screen in the dark. I am sitting here in my living room with all lights out except for the television. When I look at my iPhone, It now seems like I am looking through greasy dark sunglasses. of course I immediately went to the settings to increase the contrast and adjust the brightness. To my dismay I discovered that although the setting heading is still there it is no longer possible to adjust the brightness and contrast. then I tried to invert colors. The contrast is now so poor this feature is virtually useless. Whos terrible, stupid, accessibility-hating idea was this?why does Apple keep decreasing the visibility of the screens? How is this perceived as an improvement?once again, an upgrade is actually a downgrade. Once again, against my better judgment, I downloaded the upgrade and am now so angry, disgusted, and at a loss as to how I will now use my iPhone, that I probably will not be able to sleep tonight. I depend on my iPhone and now it has been made almost completely invisible. The screen might as well be completely black.so much for making use of the tiny bit of vision I have left to see pictures of my family, do online shopping, viewThe flyers, catalogs, and sales aids that I need in order to work my Tupperware business.thanks a lot, Apple, for grinding Steve jobss commitment to accessibility under your dirty shoe.
