Dear Astro, I would like to lodge a complaint regards to you unprofessional personnel & the service rendered. This afternoon, approximately 12.20pm, I’ve called to find out regards inaccurate charges reflected in my current bill.. The issue was, on 4th June 2013, I’ve called Astro to revised my package from super pack 2 to family package + supports + baby TV. The channels was immediately disconnected after few hours after I had the call with your personnel. And I assumed that everything was take care accordingly. I was take a back after see my bill as the chargers was remain the same as Super Pack 2 chargers. Faiz Bin Azam who answered my call today was so unprofessional as he was not able to give me an solution and keep repeating my question. I was annoyed & requested him to get his supervisor or manager to assist me. He trying to make joke & telling that his manager on duty was Mr.Lingeswaran and he is not in to answer my call. Honestly, I feel like he is handling 10years gal, because logically if the manager is not available, there should be a back up person required to be on duty. The best part, he has requested me to drop my call & call again to speak to another personnel. Is this your KPI? Or Astro does not have a standard KPI. How was your Customer Service Personnel been trained? I told him that I’m not interested to speak to him since he is not ready to settle my problem, & I’ve requested him to get his superior to contact me within next 1 hour after my call. Now it’s been 3 hours & there was no call received. Is this how you people handle your customers. What’s the point of you opening sales booth here and there when there is no quality Customer Service after sales??
