Dear Authorities of Burma - Myanmar & to whom it may concern! We would like to immediately see your righteous support and progress for the people, who are victimized citizens from Matethila city, We all know that Burma has continuously suffered injustices through the struggle for human rights and is under threats from religious extremists, mobs and kharoni - junta organized NGOS. At the same time, we are very sad to witness an awful situation, as people who need to rebuild their livelihoods are facing a humanitarian crisis. Atrocities are happening before our very eyes as authorities are planning to host the SEA game. This travesty of leadership and normalcy must not be tolerated while Muslim Burmese are suffering overwhelming human rights violations. We call for the renewal of boycotts, political pressure and the international shaming fo the Myanmar Government until all people in Burma are free from violence, oppression and custodial warfare instigated by the Government. We urge all those who care about protecting human rights and justice to please act in the name of human rights for Burma’s Muslim population and prevent the next phase of mass relocations and violence.
