Dear BlueSky Samoa, Its been 2-3 weeks now since I have had this problem of not being able to subscribe to your data bundle. It has costed me almost 50.00 to a problem that I thought a 2.00 day plan could have fixed. I should be honest and should say that this is not a new fault but rather a long line of faulty products/services and I am on the brink of moving to another network that can take care of my needs and taking my business and family away from any Bluesky service. To make matters worse, your lack of respond and updates to our problems as well as poor customer service both on FB and on phone indicates your level of professionalism. FYI: I have landline, moana tv and internet and well as several bluesky mobile numbers.
