Dear Canes I cant believe 3 people in my car had to get down at canes to ask for an extra sauce. All because I clearly said, no cole slaw and an extra sauce & they still got it wrong. Yes who cares about the 29 cents, but the point is deeper than that lol horrible customer service! My boyfriend then his cousin had to go get my sauce and needed the receipt and my food to give it to me, So i had to get down to knock some sense into them frs without cursing them and loosing my cool haha.Not my fault one of their employees fu**ed my order than argue 10min about an unpayed for sauce lol. Seriously? Dude uh your employee took my order wrong. No one said extra toast instead of a sauce. Then they wonder why they get paid shi*. Uh, maybe because you have horrible customer service skills!
