Dear Crossroads Family I’ve decided to take a moment to let you know what’s happening in the video ministry, as several people have asked. It is true, I have chosen to move off of staff after nines years of serving as director of video production there. This change is not connected to other recent changes at Crossroads. I want everyone who wonders when they hear of such changes coming about to know, my employment there was not terminated nor was I marginalized in any way, shape or form. Similar sounding rumors have had a way of taking on a life of their own, in the absence of truth and wisdom. So - I hope to directly confront and quell any such foolish and idle chatter before it starts. I have simply come to believe, the timing is right for me to work outside the walls of the church in my area of passion and gifting. Crossroads has been a very good place to work and it continues to be so. The Lord has made a huge Kingdom impact in the nearly 40 years since Bill Ritchie was called to start Crossroads and He continues His great work of redemption through the current leadership there. As I did before being employed in ministry, I plan to continue to serve the Lord in the ways He has wired me to do so. This mindset extends to the manner in which I intend to run my business in our community. I am so blessed by the many well-wishes I’ve received and I covet your prayers as well. I continue to cherish your friendship and thank the Lord for it.
