Dear DAAD community (mainly from Al-Shobak area or Maan) the Goethe-Institut and the DAAD Information Center Amman have the pleasure to announce two joint German Days: ********************************************** 1st: - April, 13th (Sunday): Al-Shobak Cultural house (city center of Al-Shobak). Starting 3 pm (official opening) - approximately 8 pm. The programme includes: - stands by both organizations and presentations - DAAD counselling on studying in Germany as well as on scholarships - Poster exhibition on an important event of recent German history (uprise in the former GDR in 1953) with a quiz - movie screening (comedy Almanya - Welcome to Germany) ************************************************* 2nd: - April, 14th (Monday): Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Maan (multipurpose hall and Kheir Eddin Auditorium). Starting 09:00 (official opening) am till around 2:30 pm. It is a similar programm as the one above but it also includes a lecture by Dr. Rehawi about the French German relations and its effects on Europe. ************************************************ Please join us and tell also your friends.
