Dear Diary, So far, no eye patch has been issued. The doctor has told me to schedule SURGERY for my stupid eye, and once its SCHEDULED, theyll check to see if insurance is willing to cover it. She has hinted that perhaps if I let them operate, I will be issued a jaunty eye patch. So, I left a message with the opthalmology surgery coordinators, and hopefully they and the insurance people will get back to me soon about my eventual eye patch... Im hoping to schedule for OCTOBER, since theyll want me to take a week off from SEEING ANYTHING because *mutter* clotting/blindness/scary stuff. Fingers crossed. Lizfried
