Dear Ed, I want to remind you that The Preamble of the “Supreme Law of the Land” states that “We The People” are the rulers and higher powers over America and over our elected Republican and Democrat public servants. That We The People “ordained and established” OUR LAWS upon our elected Republican and Democrat public servants to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”. And, moreover, it was the Lord our God who, according to the testimony of General Washington and NUMEROUS civilian Patriot in the American Militia Freedom Forces, who fought against our first World superpower empire Government’s Policemen and troops in Red Coats and against our Government’s public officials, that it was the Lord our God who, displaying numerous miracles on the field of battle, delivered the SWORD of our Government into our farmer, rabble and peasant Militia hands at the miracle of Yorktown on October 19th, 1781. Therefore, it was the Lord our God who ORDAINED We The People of America as His rulers and higher powers so that WE could “ordain and establish” OUR LAWs upon our elected Republican and Democrat public SERVANTS, who work at our pleasure and under OUR Ordained authority of God, to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”. For there IS NO POWER but that Ordained by God: Romans 13:1-5King James Version (KJV) 13 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. I would also remind you that the FIRST LAW in U.S. Code, The Declaration of Independence clearly states that “We The People” of America are “endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights”, that among these are Life, Liberty, the pursuit of Happiness (meaning property) and the SWORD of a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of the free State of Wisconsin (and each of the rest of our free and sovereign home Countries as well), the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Furthermore, As we should all be aware, our home Country of Wisconsin, according to the preamble of The Constitution, is one of fifty that forms “a more perfect Union” of fifty independent, free and sovereign States as indicated by the President of the Constitutional Convention, General Washington: George Washington, the President of The Constitutional Convention, a year after he signed The Constitution, was elated to describe our form of Government as a CONFEDERATED GOVERNMENT. (Source: 1788 Letter to Sir Edward Newenham; Fitzpatrick 30:72) What is the definition of Confederated Government as George Washington defined our Constitutional provisions for designing our Federal Government? The definition of a Confederated Government is one in which an alliance of independent states creates a central government of very limited power; the members States have supreme authority over all matters except those few which have been expressly delegated to the central government. Please, Mr. Perkins, I am merely asking that you are enlightened by the epiphany of the TRUE meaning of Romans 13:1-5 in the context of OUR American “supreme law of the land” that We, as God’s rulers and higher powers, “ordained and established” upon our servants. And, that it was God himself, who delivered to us American civilian Patriot Militia Forces the Sword of our first World superpower Government and endowed us INDIVIDUALLY with the 2nd Amendment for the security of our free State (home Country) of Wisconsin, which is merely a free and sovereign member of “a more perfect Union”. Article IV Section 4 guarantees to each one of our home Countries “a Republican form of Government”. If Governor Walker wants to obey the people of Wisconsin, who are God’s rulers and higher powers over Mr. Walker, our servant, he will have praise from the same. If not, the consequences are his alone according to Romans 13:1-5. The people of SOLIDARITY for Ninth and TENTH Amendments COALITION are merely facilitating his need to see the Holy Light of Freedom and the RULE of OUR Laws upon him and upon our elected Republican and Democrat usurpers and despots, as WE drafted in The Constitution. Article VI paragraphs 2 – 3: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. I find myself in a constant state of amazement how many people “on our side” oppose or are ignorant to the RULE of OUR laws which WE “ordained and established” upon our elected servants at all levels of our Governments; from the HIGHEST level of Government, which is our local hometowns and cities, down to our County, then down to our State Government and then down to the Government with the least amount of power that We The People granted for the privilege to serve us in ONLY eighteen limited powers and spending privileges, our Federal Government. Sometimes I wonder how few of the American people, especially those who claim to be “on our side” have ever really read through our Founding documents and the RULE of OUR laws? I find that most alarming of all… With the rulers and higher powers of God not even knowing OUR OWN LAWS on our SERVANTS, is there any wonder why our economy and the American Middle Class has tanked right along with our individual Rights, States Rights, State and popular sovereignty and our freedom? It is utterly shameful, disgusting and I believe sinful… How does God feel about our ineptness as His rulers, to whom He delivered the sword of our first Government, endowed us with the Second Amendment, who he ordained as is clearly unambiguous in the preamble of The Constitution, as the sovereigns over America, under God? Hopefully Mr. Walker will see the light and procure the epiphany before the weekend when I have promised to report back to our organization as to his answer as to that which, according to the honorable James Madison, he is “duty bound”.
