Dear Elders & friends of upper Subansiri really it is a matter of great regret, ashemed and angry for all denizens of Dist. That how Trans High Way Project of state missed our Dist. Hq. Is our elected leader, Deputy Comissionr and local officers posted at dist. where not aware of the fact or not took initiative of the matter. Definitely DC might not took serious of it because during this Project period no local(upperSubansiri) DC were posted in the Dist. The present incumbent might also following same path as over all condition of town became bad to worst even after enjoying crores of money as DC localDevlopment fund. One thing is Clear that devlopment of Daporijo town remian still upto the devlopment done by late Tadak Dulom, Ex Minister of State. Any way thnks to Present Team who are relentlessly try for the devlopment of dist. And I salute to chairman and Secys of Tagin Cultural Society and Tagin Welfare Society & their team members in this regard. In regard to Mr. U Shamberkar, file case against him in his particular name in accordance to various provision of ST/SC protection Acts, so that he can be call to Itanagar courts Time and again during trial period where ever he may be posted as well as devlopment hamper. Futher I would like to share with you all how some impotrant devlopment missed out of dist: 1. R.K.Mission School Along was actually supposed to establish at Drj. but due to not spare of Land it was established at present place ( info by then DC drj during JNV shifting frm Lepajaring to Present MacDong) 2. PWD SE Baser was supposed to establish at Drj and was temporarly set up at Basar but it became permanent there. And SE, WRD likely to happened in Itanagar. 3. Officers & Official frm Airport Authority of India visited Drj Airport for its expansion and other infrastructure set up but no local leaders and concern officers support for the same (info by then Senior teacher Eco. during our Class -XI year 1995). Same Kind of people visited the again for same purpose during 2008 and status remain same ( personally heard frm then DC Drj at the resident of one of Honble frm Dist.) 4. A very good GREF hospital was to set up at Drj during 1999-2000 even it was run temporarily frm Present Drj. GREF MI Room for 1 to 2 month but due to non coperation frm localities and dist. administration it went to Zero. 5. A govt polytechnique was proposed for Drj. Even state official team visited Dist. No cordination fro Elected leaders , localities and dist. Administration it shifted to other dist. (gathered while interacting one of the staff of RG polytechnique Ita. Year 2006-07) 6. A EklavyaModle School under Ministry of Social Welfare GOI was sanction against Drj but established at Some other dist. Reason God knows ( frm a staff of DSE while seeking admission of my ward during 2008-09). 7. While doing Election duty with One of the Non-U/subansiri Arunachalee CO info me that no local(upper subansiri) officers and offcial turned up to guide the team of Tourism Ministry GOI frm Kolkatta to some tourist important places of dist and to some traditional house so that ministry can included in their site. So he (CO) guide them to Ligu, Bayor and to Menga Mandir. Observing the present spirit this kind may not happen to dist frm now onwards. But once again appeal to Elected Leaders of dist.and local Officers Posted please take extra pain for such kind of devlopment in the dist. Even some may not be neccessary but then some of your relatives and future generation are need of such kind.
