Dear F(f)riends, family and Sangha please pray for me today. I was hospitalized in October in VA for dehydration, putting my Lithium at toxic levels. The hospital put me on low dose. Returning home the lithium levels were too low and I was unstable in December. I checked myself back into hospital for a week to stabilize. Now my cousin Keiko invites me for R&R in Hawaii with family, for a month. I am asking you to pray for my recovery so I can travel in good health on January 22nd. Thank you so much for your previous prayers and warm thoughts!! I am so fortunate to be surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (thats you Guys). Lithium is a naturally occurring salt found on the Table of Elements. I am very aware of how I must calibrate this miracle element in my body to stay happy, healthy and able to practice, teach and play. Thank you for your help! Love and blessings Joanne
