Dear Facebook Family: I wrote this letter to the Environmental - TopicsExpress

Dear Facebook Family: I wrote this letter to the Environmental Protection Agency informing them of the dangers of having this garbage recycling plant within our community. Please read this post and respond. Dear Sir/Madame: I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is my sincere prayer that you and your staff are being Blessed even as you read this email. I am sending this email to inform you of what I think is a danger to the residents that reside in my community. This community is comprised of apartment complexes, privately owned homes, and a senior citizen complex. It is my contention that the ash and the fumes that are released by this recycling plant is causing respiratory ailments. The plant is located at 171-25 Liberty Avenue, Jamaica New York. We have noticed that you can wash your car within five minutes after washing it it will be covered with ash. We as residents in this community are breathing in this ash. Adjacent to the recycling plant is Royal Sanitation Corporation which hauls debris and garbage right in front of private owned homes and the senior citizen residence. I am Bishop William B. Caractor, Presiding Prelate of Discovered Being Ministry Incorporated a not-for-profit incorporation as defined in section 501©3 of the Internal Revenue Tax Code. I am also a Civil Rights Activist in Housing, I have filed many legal briefs in the United States District Court (Southern District) and (Eastern Districts) which are located the state of New York. Most of these cases involve alleged violations of the U.S. Constitution namely the 1st Amendment (Freedom of Speech, and Free Exercise Clause), the 14th Amendment (Due Process of Law), and violations of the 1983 and 1964 Civil Rights Act. I am requesting an investigation as to the quality of air that the residents in this community are breathing. I do pray that this email will not be overlooked or ignored for this is a very serious matter. You may contact me a bishopcaractor@yahoo or write to Bishop William B. Caractor, Discovered Being Ministry Incorporated P.O. Box 2284 New York, New York 10163-2284 or reach me by phone at 718-607-3277. I also encourage you to view our website at discoveredbeingministryinc . I do appreciate your prompt attention regarding this serious matter. Yours in Jesus Christ, Bishop William B. Caractor
