Dear Facebook Friends, First, thank you for all of the concern, texts, phone calls and messages about Erin and her health. It is comforting, encouraging and empowering just knowing that so many are lifting her up in prayer. She is doing better but is still in the hospital. The doctors still dont know what happened, they have ruled out a stroke, aneurysm, bleeding in the brain and a couple other things but they have not found the cause. She is having more tests, including an EEG, to try and find out what happened. She has no recollection of last night from 7:30 PM (including the 7 hours in the ER while being poked and prodded and going through a CT scan) until about 3:30 AM when I left the hospital after seeing her settled into her room. She was incoherent, unable to speak clearly and was experiencing mini seizures/spasms. She also had very little muscular coordination. Shes back to being Erin now, the boys and I are going up to have dessert with her in the hospital, and hopefully shell be coming home tomorrow or Wednesday. Please continue to pray for her and for the doctors, there is a pretty serious neurological issue that needs to be found and treated and in my opinion and desire, the sooner the better. Thank you to Zach and Tiffany for watching and entertaining the boys, my mind was at ease on that front so that I could concentrate on being with Erin. Im sorry if I havent responded to every individual request or message but please try and understand that I have not ignored them and that I appreciate each and every expression of concern and love. Gods got this, we just want to be on board with His plan.
