Dear Friends, A handfulla meandering notes on life, lately: 1) Stayed up til 6AM Halloween night stealing beers, arguing about what song plays over the opening credits to LOOK WHOS TALKING TOO, roasting marshmallows, and having a wonderful time with folks around whom I oughta try n be more often. Except for that one chode who sucked. He sucked. 2) DJ Invisible Cola is still alive, in town, and performing. I saw him last night! Good job Carl! 3) Grace & Amanda Smiths big sister Leahs boyfriend Glenn and I had French class together a dozen years ago. Wild! 4) For as much as Tiny Tim is marginalized within the 21st-century zeitgeist as a novelty act (or is he? I dont know from zeitgeists!), this is a splendid album from start to finish, more psychedelic than you might suspect at times, and one of my favorites - https://youtube/playlist?list=PL9F777F07D69737A3 - I cant stop listening to it lately. 5) Book giveaway party tonight, Bowling & The Pizza Underground tomorrow, Googz & The Carondelettes & Pals @ Blank Space Thursday, PPHQ party next Sunday. GOOD WEEK! 6) Brian Basler of Tok: Fantastic dance moves on this dude, am I right? 7) A guy told me at The Revisionist Inn last night that the screening of UHF that I orchestrated back in mid-September literally saved his life. 8) Wearing contact lenses two days in a row (Thursday/Friday) is still taking its toll on my eyeballs. 9) Prospective roommates: cat owners. Well see... Love, PANCAKE MASTER
