Congestion across the regions continues to get worse, heavy juggernauts pound out roads and costs and development without basic infrastructures proliferate willy nilly. Our rail schemes could help alleviate congestion, fumes and exhaust air pollution and bat better for people, society and well being long or short haul! Arguably, given mobility restriction subscript over the years including the original 1960s lions share of local station and rail closures and spiralling costs since to ration peak access to where jobs are (a flawed model begging a flawed response!); it has to be in all our interests to foster better conditions across the board. An introductory paper and map are attached. If you wish to be on a free email loop related to transport and associated links, please let me know. Thank you. Regards, Richard Pill
