Dear Friends, I had the privilege of helping my cousin/sister/friend cross over at age 61 to eternity. Sharon had a selfless giving heart bigger than the sky, a sense of humor to make me blush, a love for fun and laughter, and a spirit that was often in direct communication with God, even to tell the operating doctors thank you for trying their best, but she would not survive the surgery. She was often judged for her outward appearance of obesity, to be denied an FBI job though qualified above others, told to stop whining during hip replacement rehab but ignored her pleas that something was wrong (thigh bone splintered through their neglect). Sharons unconditional love for me made me see how I judge others. Only God knows our heart and motives! My prayer is that during this season of Thanksgiving we will STOP, BREATH, and LISTEN to that still small voice within that gives us guidance. This life is a gift to prepare us for the next. Now faith, hope, and love never end, but the greatest of these is love! I thank God that in his perfect love He put Sharon in my life! Never let an opportunity to show love, grace, and mercy pass you by! Everything else stays here!!!!!
