Hello fellow CRSsers, my name is Ray and Im a 11 CNR alumni. Im opening a cottage food bakery, and I got invited to sell at a venue this Saturday in the city through the awesome people at Black Market SF. If youre looking for something to do this Spring Break, please stop by and try some delicious pastry. My baked goods will feature sustainably raised ingredients (most ingredients are certified organic, butter are produced from grass fed cows, and chocolates are fairly traded), and my production kitchen will use renewable energy from wind and solar panels. Ill be selling some classic french pastries such as croissant & madeleines, but Ill also be featuring some tropical flavor of my childhood (hint: passion fruit caramel).
