Dear Friends and Family, A wonderful opportunity has been opened for us to go and share the love of God and the Gospel of Christ Jesus! We believe we have been called by God to go and share His perfect love with the people in Guatemala City. This is our very first missions trip! As we are excited, we also need your support! New Destiny Church and Cornerstone Christian Center, has made it possible for us to go and serve God by ministering to the less fortunate. We will be leaving Friday, July 4th and returning on Saturday, July 12TH. We will be working as a team in Guatemalan towns, villages, and public schools. Along with face to face evangelism, we will be leading bible stories, songs, crafts, games and showing the love of Christ to the kids there. After lots of prayer, we, as a family we have decided that we should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to share our faith in this special way. We are writing you to ask for your support. Whenever God is at work the enemy is also at work seeking to undo what God is doing. Would you please put me on your prayer list? There are several specific prayer requests that I have. Please pray: ¨ We will be prepared to minister in whatever ways God chooses ¨ We will be able to truly love those in which we come in contact with ¨ Our team will be well prepared and that we will work well together ¨ For our health and safety while we are there ¨ That people will come to Christ through our ministry and Gods work is done completely. ¨ That we will be able to provide everything they need and more ¨ In addition to prayer support if the Lord enables you, we are also in need of financial support.
