Dear GDA Parents, Melodious Monday!!!- Pre primary on 08th Dec, 2014 – GDA JSG!! Bouncing Baby – Playgroup Kids learnt HOW TO PRESS BUTTON WITH THE HELP OF FINGERS. They pressed Different shapes of Buttons with their Fingers. Kids visualize the videos of I LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT from MADAGASCAR movie. In Hindi Rhymes, Kids saw Rhymes of BILLI RANI and enjoyed moving their body. Kids revised LETTER R and also saw the videos. Jellybeans Nursery The ability to identify different shapes is an important visual discrimination skill. Many shapes have similar appearances (such as the square and rectangle or the circle, oval, and octagon) The ability to tell them apart requires keen observational skills. Toddlers got actively involved in an activity where in they put to use their tiny fingers in order to sprinkle glitters on diamond shape as they learnt Diamond shape & Pink color today. Swapnil was looking so cute and funny as he got a mustache made on his face by his glittery fingers. They sang and danced on the melodious rhyme “Aj somar war hai” and bonded well with each other. Busy Bees – LKG Today the kids started their day with PRAYER ,THOUGHT OF THE DAY , NEWS OF TODAY and then the kids recited rhymes in front of all. They enjoyed to learn a new rhyme with action :“TOMMY THUMB”. They learnt to draw AN APPLE and filled that with colour. In math they wrote 29 in their workbook. They were very interested to tell the name of DOMESTIC ANIMAL and pasted the stickers of those in their workbook. Shooting stars – UKG Today UKG kids learnt some new Sight Words - WHO, HOW, WHERE in their English class. In their Math class they practised NUMBER NAME- 43,44 and 45 in their notebooks. They revised rhyme- BOW WOW SAYS THE DOG and learnt a new Hindi rhyme- KABOOTAR. They enjoyed playing THROW BALL in garden area with their Educator. During Drawing Session they learnt to make LIZARD through Origami. Bright Sun Grade 1 Today students learnt names of DRY FRUITS and they wrote fruits name in their notebook. They gave oral test on SINGLE AND PLURAL VERB AND NOUN with the help of Smart board. They revised articles A, AN with the help of Smart board and made sentences orally using THIS and THAT. In Drawing class they made an ELEPHANT in their Drawing copy.
