Im dying here in Blue Ridge. Chris (who will be in Florida on Thanksgiving in a show and will miss Moms annual feast) is trying to get her recipe for sweet potato casserole. This conversation has gone on for 30 minutes or more with, first a lecture on proper hand washing (which Chris actually wrote into the recipe) and is now finally to the step where you boil the potatoes. We havent even gotten to the toppings yet.
