Dear Human Citizens of this Planet, Every institution, be it a corporate company, a government or non-government organization or even a family, requires four primary roles; mentors, leaders, managers and workers. In order to keep an institution highly effective, it is imperative that the human machines deployed on each role should be properly configured. As a matter of fact, the world today is facing a challenge wherein almost all organizations of human beings are passing through an acute wave of disengagement, due to the decline in consciousness levels of human machines deployed on the specific functions, especially at the leadership positions. All this has resulted into proliferation of inflation, recession, disengagement, attrition, unemployment, terrorism and acute environmental pollution. This article provides a summary of the solution for reviving the world and establishes a strong foundation for Golden Age (Satyug) of humanity. Although this article was originally published last year, I have overhauled it recently to make it more meaningful. Thanks.
