Dear Janet Harvey, Announcing the ICF Washington State Prism Award As you have seen in emails and on our Chapter website, ICF Washington State has launched its first ever Prism Award process. This is an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of our organization clients, whether profit, nonprofit, large or small, public or private. Adopting coaching as an embedded practice inside organizations requires great effort and we want to help reward the great coaching work being done. Credentialed coaches are the ones who nominate clients for consideration. That means you! THE DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS IS JULY 31. If you have a client or know another coach who has a client who might be interested, please guide them to our website and use the nomination form available there. If you have questions, please let me know as soon as possible.
