Dear Jason Alan Robinson Junior, 11 years ago you couldnt have gotten here sooner Filled with anticipation as I watched you arrive I didnt know what to do, so I laughed and cried Holding you in my arms was a feeling that was so divine I looked into your eyes and saw a set just like mine It seemed like just yesterday you were just a little baby boy Youre growing so quick and it fills my heart with joy Im taking advantage of the fact your still only eleven I will cherish every moment thats been destined for us by heaven I will cheer when you succeed and catch you when you fall I will make sure I make time to throw, catch, kick and shoot a ball I know the time is coming, soon you will be a man When you slip and fall youll catch yourself with your own strong hand I still get the privilege every night to pray for you and tuck you into bed Often times I wake up in the middle of the night, cover you back up and gently kiss your head Wether its Jiu Jitsu, football or a science project at school Sometimes I just sit back and watch you and say, Wow! My son is so cool! Polite, smart, loving and so good lookin with that big smile Its pretty awesome to watch you develop confidence in yourself with your very own style Whats awesome to me is no matter how old you get you will always be my son Ive experienced many miracles and you baby boy will always will be the greatest one Happy Birthday Jason Jr. I LOVE YOU
