Dear Jennifer, First allow me to apologize for the wait, were currently experiencing a high volume of e-mails which is leading to delays. Our players are very important to us and Id like to thank you so much for your patience. Last week, maintenance was performed on some Fish World accounts whose gift inventories exceeded 40,000 items. To prevent these players games from locking up or taking Fish World offline, we removed a portion of their excess items. This means that said players will see a lower amount of a free gift now, for example a fish they had 700 might show 150 since the maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but know that we would only ever purge players items if it was completely necessary. Weve had some downtime recently, due in part to accounts with overloaded gifts trying to log on simultaneously and use their inventory, effectively crashing the game. In this case the solution was either to delete all of these players gifts from their gift inventory, or just remove a chunk of the fish or decos they had the most of to improve game performance. Please try and limit the amount of pending gifts you have to below 40,000 at all times, as this will help keep Fish World running smoothly. You can use our new Item Search and Multi Drop features to easily transfer gifts to and between your tanks for better storage.
