Dear Ladies, The BLS is slowly waking up after the holidays, it is great that we are getting quite a few enquiries from new people arriving in Kuwait. It is still a few weeks until the schools are back so many of our committee members are still ‘at large’. There will be a coffee morning next week, not entirely sure where at this point, will keep you posted. The good news is there will be a Tea Party in the Premises on Thursday the 22nd August from 3pm to 6pm. The library is open as normal on Thursday mornings, 10:00 – 12:00. Please note the entrance has been re-modelled a bit, to accommodate some additional retail space. Two dates for your diary: The Welcome Back Coffee morning, hosted by our Patron, will be on the 30th of September from 10am to 12pm. To register please email your name, membership number and Passport/Civil ID details to bookings@theblskuwait. A Mini-Bazaar at the Premises on the 20th of September from 10am to 4pm.
