Dear Lord, you give us our fruits in due season, and today Lord, we give you thanks for all that we have received, give us caring hearts Lord, and help us to understand that a blessing shared is a blessing multiplied. Lord, today some have so much, while others have so little, show us where and how to reach out and to share with the less fortunate, let us be mindful of the times when we had little and give thanks for those who shared what they had with us. Lord, you satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things, you said, “Open your mouth wide and I will fill it with plenty.” Let us open our mouths wide Lord, in prayer to you, to give thanks to You for what we have received, and pant, and long, not for food that we will eat and again be hungry, but for your commands which will sustain us from age to age. Lord, give us a hungering and a thirsting not for things temporal, but the things which are eternal. Praise the Lord!
