Dear Manila Water, Guess what? i have discovered your source of income. our water line cut off without any notice and the contractor did not bother to ask the owner.. Then you oblige us to pay 511 for re-connection fee? Have you check our monthly bill its only P390!!! I called your hotline but it seems that they are all dumb and all they can tell over the phone is their script. I pity someone I know who keep experiencing this each month. All I can say is... "ANG KAPAL NG MUKHA NINYO!"
