Dear Members, Please resolve my query An Additional Director was appointed on 30.11.2009 but in the next AGM notice was not shown to be regularised in documents and was continued to be as such without filing its form 32. the current status on MCA signatory details showing as Additional Director and the details mentioned in form 20B as additional Director and in annual return as Director. What is the solution out of the Following 1. compounding 2. revision of form 20B of all years and 23AC of 2010 3. back dated resolutions and form 32 Reply will be appreciated
