Dear Mr. Qureshi, have a pity on this country, please. Most bureaucrats have never accepted independence of this country and acquired mentality of colonial masters. My another advice is that retired and near superannuation bureaucrats should desist from being mentors. You know Mr. Qureshi, PKP government is saying that they have identified 50,000 MW hydropower potential. Experts on wind corridor in Sindh are saying that it has potential of 100,000 MW energy; small dams and small hydro projects even on big canals has never been tapped. Hydro power potential of GB and Azad Kashmir is yet to be developed. Then why this ‘Kala’ Dam only? This country is not a conquered geographical territory; it belongs to 18 Million people. Decisions are to be taken in a way that harmony is not undermined. You undermine harmony and you lose your country. You did it once and you want to do it once more? Please have a pity on this country. This country has got great potential and as an economist and a person who knows most latest developments in science and technology around the globe, I can assure you that Pakistan within next 5-6 years will be on high trajectory of development.
