Dear Navodayans, Food Corporation of India (FCI- A public sector undertaking) has invited applications to recruit Management Trainees (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering). Zonewise projected vacancies are as follows:- North Zone-158, South Zone-197, East Zone -12, West Zone-47, North-East Zone-46 Important Dates:- Last date for applying online/offline: 31.07.2013 Application fee:- Rs. 500 for the post of Management Trainee (General/ Depot/ Movement) & Rs. 1000 for the post of Management Trainee (Rest disciplines) Educational Qualification:- Management Trainee (General/Depot/Movement) (i) Graduate degree or equivalent with minimum 60% marks OR (ii) CS/ICWA/CS Management Trainee (Accounts):- (i) Associate membership of (A) The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or (B) The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or (C) The Institute of Company Secretaries of India or (ii) B and (a) PG Full Time MBA (Finance)/ diploma of minimum 2 years duration or (b) PG part time MBA (Fin) Degree/diploma of minimum 3 years duration or (c) PF MBA (Fin) degree/diploma by distant education mode. Management Trainee (Technical):- B.Sc. (Agri.)/ B. Tech/ BE in Food Science/ Food Sciecne and Technology/ Agricultural Engg./ Bio Technology Management Trainee (Civil Engg.):- Degree in Civil Engineering. Management Trainee (Mechanical Engg.):- Degree in Mechanical Engineering Management Trainee (Electrical Engg.):- Degree in Electrical Engineering. Age limit:- Maximum 28 years (As on 01.08.2013). Recruitment Process:- Written Examination:- Paper I is common for all. Merit of written test for the posts of Management Trainee (General/Depot/Movement) will be made on the basis of Paper I. Paper-I- 120 Questions (90 mins) of General Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, Computer Awareness, General Awareness etc. Merit for remaining posts will be made on the basis of Paper I & Paper II. Paper II - 120 multiple choice question from their respective fields. Successful candidates will undergone a Group Discussion & Interview. Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 8500/- during training period of six months.
