Dear Parents, Date : 22/07/2013 For the smooth functioning of the institution the following guidelines have been decided by the School Administration for your information. EP LEADER - The EP Leader would deal with the day to day Academic, Extra-Curricular And Medical administration of the students in the EP Wing, Grievances of parents will be first taken up by respective class teachers and then by the EP Leader. Further clarification if required will be dealt by the Vice Principal and subsequently by the Principal. CLUSTER HEADS – The Cluster Heads of wings will deal with the day to day Academic, Extra-Curricular, Discipline and Medical administration of the students in the respective clusters. Grievance of parents will be first taken up by class teachers and then by the cluster head. Further clarification if required will be dealt by the Vice Principal and subsequently by the Principal. Details of the Cluster Heads and their meeting time on school contact numbers are as follows:- Grade I , II , III Ms. Shalini Jain 2.30 Pm – 4:00 Pm Grade IV, V, VI Mr. ShreeKumar 2.30 Pm – 4:00 Pm Grade VII, VIII, IX Ms. Manavi 2.30 Pm – 4:00 Pm Grade X , XI, XII Mr. Avinash Pandey 2.30 Pm – 4:00 Pm Chief Administrative Officer – All Administrative, Financial and transport related issues of the whole school will be administered by the CAO. Hostel / Boarder students - The CAO will deal with the Hostel related issues of the students through the respective wardens. Only the academic issues of the Residential Students will be dealt by the Vice Principal and subsequently by the Principal taking into confidence the CAO, the respective class teachers and the wardens. Note : Late Coming & Absenteeism of students specially of Grade IX to XII is of a Concern. Hence now the school administration has decided that late comers who report to school after 08:10 am will not be allowed to attend the classes, they will be sent back with intimation to parents. Incase a child has a special problem, Parents /Guardians need to inform to the school reception by 08:00 am.
