Dear Parents and Netballers Welcome to the 2014/15 season with Severn Gems Netball Club. We return to training on Wednesday 10th September 2014. We are very proud of the commitment and enthusiasm shown by our members and are delighted to be so popular, and to have had such strong feedback, that we have now restructured our sessions to accommodate more members and our members wishes. Please take note of the changes below as this may mean both a time and venue change for you/your child/children. 2014 - 2015 Sessions School Year - 2 - 3 Belvidere School 4.30 - 5.30 £2 per session School Year - 4 - 5 Belvidere School 5.30 - 6.30 £2 per session School Year - 6 Grange Sports Centre 4.30 - 5.30 £2 per session School Year - 7 Grange Sports Centre 5.30 - 6.30 £3 Per session School Year - 8 & 9 Grange sports Centre 6.30 - 8.00 £4 per session School Year - 10 + Grange Sports Centre 8.00 - 9.00 £3 per session (School Year relates to the year you/your child has joined in September 2014) Affiliation As an accredited club and in line with England Netball and Shropshire Junior Netball, we need to ensure the safety and welfare of all Severn Gems Netball Club members whilst enjoying and participating in the sport of netball. As such all members will be required to affiliate to England Netball for insurance purposes. Age 11 years and under £5.50 Age 14 years and under £8.50 Age 18 years and under £18 Age 19 years and OVER £29 (Age relates to the age you/ your child is on 1st September 2014) The payment for affiliation fees should be received by 31st August 2014 and sent to Mel Lewis, 47 Highfields, Shrewsbury SY2 5PH along with the attached registration form to allow time to complete our registrations for the forthcoming season. Please can cheques be made payable to Severn Gems Netball Club. CENTRAL VENUE LEAGUE (CVL) Severn Gems Netball Club will again be entering teams into CVL and a consent form allowing your child to take part is attached. This should be completed, signed and returned to us as soon as possible. As a young persons group CVL enables players from all our age groups to play against similar age groups. Central Venue League runs on a Sunday but we are yet to receive details of fixtures or cost for the forthcoming season. We will advise you when this is confirmed.
