Dear PiYo, We need to talk. My form sucks, I fall over at least 10x each workout, the first week I shot out of bed with leg cramps, I hold onto anything around me so I dont rip gas on Kalie during poses, I feel like male parts arent meant to be in most exercises in PiYo (sorry boys, just hang in there), and I am completely covered in sweat like I fell into a dunking booth at the fair because some little brat ran behind and pulled the trigger to dunk me (I was that asshole kid). Theres more... After two weeks of PiYo, Ive noticed that the back pain that I use to wake up to EVERY morning for a year is now GONE, flexibility is improving which means more bad ass Flyboarding tricks, and my abs/love handles are starting to become more defined than what The infamous Ab Ripper X ever put me through. So...I guess youre okay, PiYo. Thanks for helping out so far with the back pain and popping out an ab or two. Ill work on the form, balance, and the gas (sorry babe 😔).
