Dear Property Manager, I received the note you so kindly left hanging on my door knob, demanding to remove the beautiful picture my daughter drew for me on the front of our brick building. It was so offensive, all those pretty rainbow colors! So, I immediately washed it off so we didnt have to wait for the rain to do so! Please read the note I so kindly wrote back upon your reinspecrion tomorrow! It contains my complaints for the INSIDE of this dump you charge over $1000 a month for. First, the broken non tempered glass window in my childs bedroom. Fix it! The outdated dish washer and stove you can remove completely because they are useless! Fix the toilet that doesnt flush and no worries! I already took care of the black mold in the bathroom. No extra cost for you of course ;) just to name a few. P.s. suck my balls! :-D
