Dear RushCard Family, We understand the importance of tax refunds, and are dedicated to ensuring you receive your deposit as soon as we can provide it to you. As you may remember, the United States government shut down in October. During that time, most scheduled operations could not take place. As a result of the shutdown, the IRS has announced that no tax returns will be processed before January 31. This is a matter that affects all Americans – not only RushCard members – and we wanted to make sure that you are aware. No matter how early you file your return, refunds will most likely be released starting in mid-February. If you are depending on refunds to hit by a certain date, please prepare for delays. It will remain a top priority for RushCard to ensure all tax refunds hit your accounts as soon as they are released. This is our promise to you. We will be sharing any updates as we receive them.
