Dear SWCers, The beginning of the year is especially exciting here at SWC. Were off to a great start! The Sunday AM gatherings are full of renewed faith, the Spirit-formed Life Series is equipping dozens of disciples, our students had a transforming weekend in Flagstaff (report this Sunday), and our ladies will have a Day Out with Jesus this Saturday. And thats just the beginning. ENGAGE Week, our biggest week of the year begins, February 2nd...its SWCs version of the Super Bowl...but warmer...much warmer. Its a week for celebrating all that God has done through YOU and the ministry here at SWC over the past year and place our sights on the exciting mission ahead for 2014! Engage week is all about going deep with the Lord and wide with our community. Heres a few highlights of the schedule: - Sunday, Feb. 2: Community Pre-Super Bowl Breakfast (invite your neighbors!) - Sunday, Feb. 2: BIG Worship Gathering - Monday thru Saturday: Prayer and Fasting - Wednesday Evening: A fast-friendly Dinner and Town Hall Meeting - Saturday Evening (5-6pm); All-Church Prayer Gathering - Sunday, Feb. 9: BIG Worship Gathering (several of our mission partners will be joining us) - Sunday, Feb. 9: Community Lunch (invite your neighbors!) Fun! With all the fun comes the far greater purpose, seeking God first. Please take a moment now to arrange your schedules to ENGAGE. Plan to use this time to begin youre year right and with a healthy purpose. In the meantime, join us this Sunday.
