Dear Vietnamese friends! Im coming to Ho Chi Minh in August with my mom and friends. We would like to rent a house for 1 month with: 4 separate rooms, AC, Internet and modern conveniences (shower, hot water etc). All tourists are Russians. We are ready to pay about $ 1200 (approximately July 31 - August 20) but no high pre-paid deposit if its possible. Please, ask your friends and repost this for help!=) I just want to do my best organising the trip before turning to hotels suggestions. Thank you!
