Deploy org-chart, products, policy, business process etc. into chosen solution; connect to solution provided by insurance company. Develop additional reports Operate system. Contact vendor for troubleshoot during operation. Received feedback from internal users to upgrade solution. Manage data base. Experience and skills: More than 5 years in application management full cycle as above mentioned. Experience of working with on-demand solution (on-cloud) is preferred Experience of working company selling financial products in retail (credit cards, loan, insurance policy etc.) is preferred. Familiar with database (SQL, Oracle etc.), development tools, BI (business intelligent) tool. English language is required for communication with foreign vendor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a internal customer service focus Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Specialization in IT is preferred, but not required).
